Do I need the transfer market unlocked in Web App / Companion?
Yes. To complete your order, the transfer market must be unlocked in the browser Web App or the Companion mobile app. If you are unsure how to check or unlock it, we have prepared a simple guide.

To complete a Comfort Trade transfer, your account must have at least 1,500 coins at the start. You must also log out of Ultimate Team in the game before buying. Our guide explains the full process step by step.
