How do I collect coins in the Rewards Programme?
Collect coins through Cashback on your own completed purchases and rewards for successfully referring new customers.
How does Cashback work?
After an order is completed, part of the purchased coins is added to your balance. The rate depends on your Cashback rank.
How does the Referral Programme work?
Share your personal link or code. After a new customer's first qualifying purchase, you receive 3% to 5% of the coins they bought.
Do both rewards go to the same balance?
Yes. Cashback and referral rewards go into one UltimateCoins balance that you can use on your next order.
Can my Cashback rank decrease over time?
No. Your completed-purchase history and earned rank remain assigned to your account.
What happens to unused balance?
Unused UltimateCoins balance resets on 1 September. Your Cashback rank and Referral Programme level remain unchanged.
