§ 1. Cashback
Cashback is awarded to UltimateCoins Club members after an order is paid and completed.
Cashback is calculated on base coins. Bonuses, extras and coins spent from the shared balance do not increase its basis.
The Cashback rate follows the current rank, and rank progress is based on base coins from completed orders.
§ 2. Referral programme
The referrer earns a reward only after the qualifying order is paid and completed. The reward basis is the base coins purchased.
The rate is 3% for 0–4 successful referrals, 4% for 5–14 and 5% from 15 successful referrals. One person increases the count only once, and a new tier applies to future purchases.
A personal link and code become available after email verification, joining the Club and completing at least one paid purchase.
§ 3. New customer and referral bonus
A new customer is a person with no previously completed UltimateCoins purchase, including as a guest. Later registration does not restore new-customer status.
A new customer can use a referral link or code. Their first qualifying purchase includes 15% more base coins; this is a coin bonus, not a price discount.
Each account can have only one referrer, which cannot be changed later.
§ 4. UltimateCoins Club
Active Club membership is required to earn Cashback and Referral programme rewards and to use the shared balance.
Joining the Club also means consenting to notifications and offers as explained in the activation confirmation.
Leaving the Club stops future rewards. Rejoining applies prospectively and does not restore rewards for the inactive period.
History and the accumulated balance are not deleted after leaving the Club, but the balance remains unavailable to use while outside the Club.
§ 5. Shared UltimateCoins balance
Cashback from the customer's own purchases and referral rewards enter one UltimateCoins balance.
The balance can be used only with a purchase. For one order, no more balance coins can be used than the number of base coins being purchased.
The balance cannot be paid out in cash or transferred separately without an order.
Unused balance is reset on 1 September. The reset does not remove purchase history, the achieved Cashback rank or the referral tier.
The balance of an account with an unverified email address is preserved but remains unavailable until the address is verified.
§ 6. Abuse and reward corrections
Self-referrals, fraud and other abuse of the Rewards Programme are prohibited.
An unfulfilled order or an order cancelled before completion creates neither Cashback nor a referral reward.
Coins cannot be returned after fulfilment. A refund issued by UltimateCoins because the customer was banned does not reverse correctly credited Cashback or a Referral Programme reward.
For a confirmed chargeback, self-referral, abuse, fraud or an obvious crediting error, an administrator may make an auditable correction only up to the customer's currently available Rewards Programme balance.
A correction never creates a negative balance, customer debt or a deduction from future rewards.
