§ 1. General Provisions and Seller Details
1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of sale on the UltimateCoins website, available at ultimatecoins.pl (hereinafter: the “Store”).
2. Sales are conducted by:

3. The Seller may be contacted regarding formal matters and complaints at: kontakt@ultimatecoins.pl.
§ 2. Scope of the Store’s Activities
1. The Store sells virtual digital goods for EA SPORTS FC and provides the process used to deliver them.
2. The Store may also offer other products, features or solutions related to EA SPORTS FC. Detailed rules for using them are published on the relevant Store pages.
3. The Store also purchases player accounts. Detailed purchase rules and conditions are set out on the dedicated Store page.
§ 3. Placing and Fulfilling Orders
1. The Customer places an order by configuring the parameters directly on the Store homepage and completing the purchase.
2. The Agreement is concluded when the Customer successfully pays for the order using one of the available payment methods.
3. Once payment has been correctly credited, the virtual coin transfer process begins. Placing and fulfilling an order requires a properly prepared in-game account.
4. During the transfer process, the Customer must not log in to Ultimate Team, whether through a console/PC or companion applications. The Customer will be notified electronically when the transfer has been fully completed.
§ 4. Security and Liability
1. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the delivery of virtual goods is as secure as possible.
2. The Buyer acknowledges that trading and transferring virtual digital goods breaches the game publisher’s terms. The Buyer makes the purchase at their own risk and acknowledges that transferring virtual currency may, in extreme cases, involve a risk of restrictions being placed on in-game account functionality.
3. The Seller is not liable for decisions made by those entities, in particular restrictions, bans or changes to the rules governing the game, where they result from actions outside the Seller’s control. The Seller does not guarantee that the rules governing the game or third-party services will remain unchanged.
§ 5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
1. Due to the nature of the products offered (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium) and pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days if the Seller has begun performance (the transfer) with the Consumer’s express consent.
2. Refunds for unfulfilled orders or orders cancelled before delivery begins are governed by the separate Refund Policy.
§ 6. Customer Account, Loyalty Programme and Cashback
1. The Customer may optionally create an Account in the Store, either while placing an order or independently, providing access to order history and a dedicated Customer Panel.
2. The Seller may award additional promotional bonuses connected with order size or promotional campaigns. Current rules are published on Store pages.
3. The Seller operates a loyalty programme (UltimateCoins Club). Creating an Account does not automatically constitute joining the Club; access to all programme functions may require active membership.
4. As part of the loyalty programme, the Customer may collect Cashback awarded as virtual EA FC coins.
5. Collected Cashback may never be exchanged for or paid out in cash.
6. Cashback usage mechanism: for a single order, the Customer may use no more Cashback coins than the number of virtual coins in the package currently being purchased.
7. Unused Cashback expires periodically before the release of a new edition of the game. Detailed programme rules, including Cashback and rank thresholds, are published on the relevant Store page.
§ 7. Final Provisions
1. Complaints should be sent to the Seller’s email address. To streamline the process, Customers are advised to include their order number. The Seller considers complaints within 14 days.
2. Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the relevant provisions of Polish law.
3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments do not affect rights and obligations arising from orders paid for before the amendments take effect and do not apply retroactively.
